Wanting to preserve the tradition of fresh island food on San Andres, Miss Celia started in 2006 to highlight the food traditions and history of the island. The restaurant is an institution on the island, popular with visitors and locals alike.

Rondon - A specialty of the island. Combining a who fish, pork, yucca, plantain, bread fruit and dumplings all using coconut milk. Its an amazing dish but eat it earlier in the day as its a full meal!
